The OneSpan issue impacting Sign 2.0 services on Conga Advantage Platform for APAC region has been fully resolved and all affected systems have returned to normal operation.

Identified

Issue seems to be on the account of OneSpan maintenance. Conga team is closely working and following up with OneSpan support.
Initial findings indicate that the problem appears to be related to the apitoken / clientApp / accessToken request.
